Debby received her MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency training at University of California, San Diego. She graduated from the Harvard Combined Pulmonary & Critical Care Fellowship Program in 2012 and joined the faculty of the MGH Pulmonary and Critical Care Division in 2012. Her research integrates metabolomics with animal, cell and molecular biology techniques to identify novel mediators and illuminate new biologic pathways in human disease. Her recent work has expanded to defining the functional roles of metabolite biomarkers in human pulmonary hypertension and to identifying candidate biomarkers in lung function decline and COPD using data from the Framingham Heart Study.
